Equality Act Objectives 2025- 2029

To reduce overall absence, including persistent absence of White British students and students of Any Other White Background, Any other Black Background, and Indian students, to bring them in line with their peers by July 2027;

To improve the progress of students who receive Free School Meals (FSM), by ensuring that they are in line with their peers by August 2027;

To improve the attainment and progress made by students who are SEND, ensuring that the gaps with their peers are closed by August 2028;

To improve the attainment and progress made by students who are Pakistani, Black African and White British, by ensuring that the gaps with their peers are closed by August 2028;

To continue to implement measures that promote fundamental British values and eliminate all forms of prejudice, radicalisation and extremist ideologies through our curriculum provision, SMSC and personal development programmes.
