Equality Act Objectives 2022- 2026

  • To reduce overall absence, including persistent absence of Black Caribbean and Pakistani students and to bring in line with the other main ethnic groups within the school by July 2023;

  • To improve the progress made by students who are lower ability on entry to the school, by ensuring that over 75% achieve their school targets in all subjects by July 2023;

  • To improve the progress made by disadvantaged students, by ensuring that the pupil premium spending is more closely matched to their needs and that appropriate curriculum provision is in place for them by July 2023;

  • To continue to implement measures that promote the fundamental British values and eliminate all forms of radicalisation and extremist ideologies through our curriculum provision, SMSC and personal development programmes.
