Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance

Independent and impartial careers education, information, advice and guidance is provided at Langdon Academy to students from Year 7 onwards by qualified careers advisers who are attached to the school from 15Billion (formally Connexions).

Careers and progression appointments can be arranged through our dedicated Careers SLT Lead, Ms A Khan.

Students have continual access to our up-to-date careers library and online resources for information ranging from Apprenticeships to university. Our Work Related Learning resources, such as CV templates and tips on how to make successful applications and interviews can be found along with other key information for both Key Stage 3 and 4 on our Microsoft Teams page.

Though the work we do with our students, 94% stay in education or employment after key stage 4 (destinations).
