This page outlines the general resources we have in place for the children to access learning from home.

We encourage every parent to download the ClassDojo App as this is our school communication platform that teachers, students, and families use every day to share share what is being learned in the classroom and at home through photos, videos, and messages.

Each child has a private portfolio where they can access the work set by teachers and upload their finished piece.  This can be as simple as a photo of the completed work and does not require prolonged use of a device.

For specific activities related to your child's year group and links to Bug Club, Mathletics and Readiwriter, please click the relevant link below.  This will redirect you to each year group's dedicated page.

Some children have expressed concerns around missing their friends.  Swapping phone numbers or emails of the parents of your child's friend will help them keep in touch. Writing emails and holding conversation over the phone or via video links will help your child develop their writing and speaking and listening skills as well helping them to feel less isolated.   If you would like us to contact your child's friend's parent to see how we can connect the children please do not hesitate to contact us on the email address stated belowWe will never share personal information without permission.  Alternatively get your child to email their friend and send it to the email address below we will make sure that your child friend's receives it.

Your child has been allocated books to read on Bug Club.  The children will need to login to Activelearnprimary by clicking here.  We recommend that children read for at least half an hour every day.   KS2 children will be provided with AR books.

If you want access to more online books then please click here.

Alternatively we can provide books to read at home and have a mobile library for families to come and choose books from.

We can provide exercises book and stationary to complete independent writing tasks.   Writing prompts can be found by clicking on the year group below.  EYFS children will be given a pack to take home.
